Foundation Repair & Waterproofing
Fell-Os Waterproofing and Construction crew digs down 8″ throughout the basement removing 15yards of dirt.
Installing weeping tile around out premiter edge with 2 lateral lines in the middle of the floor to help with hydrostatic pressure.
Then hauling in 5yards of 3/4″ clear stone for drainage.
Final step is to pour a 4″ new concrete floor.
